aG Resources is looking to connect with System Assistance for IPO Activities immediately or a repurtab;le client.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with external stakeholders (Banks, Brokers, Fintech companies):
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with external stakeholders involved in the IPO system Integration process.
Coordinate the exchange of information and documentation required for the IPO.
Facilitate meetings and discussions to address any queries or concerns from external stakeholders.
Ensure timely responses to external stakeholder requests and ensure their involvement aligns with the IPO timeline.
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, IT, Security, Network teams):
Engage with operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of IPO-related activities, such as account setup and transaction processing.
Collaborate with IT, security, and network teams to ensure the availability and stability of systems and infrastructure during the IPO process.
Coordinate system upgrades or enhancements required for the IPO, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Facilitate regular communication and meetings with internal teams to address any technical or operational issues.
Conduct IPO UAT Testing (User Acceptance Testing):
Develop UAT test cases and scenarios based on IPO requirements and system functionalities.
Execute UAT tests to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of IPO-related systems.
Document and report any issues or defects found during UAT testing.
Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
Set up comprehensive status management system using JIRA:
Configure JIRA to track and manage the status of IPO-related tasks and deliverables.
Define project workflows and issue types specific to the IPO process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document key milestones and dependencies in JIRA.
