athGADLANG is looking for a Community Success – Accounts Receivable Admin for our reputable client.

Position Overview:

As a Company Ambassador in the Community Success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery, accurate data management, and support for key projects. This position combines customer service, accounts receivable administration, and general administrative duties to contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Answer overflow reception calls for Tribe Management, addressing general inquiries and escalating complex issues to the Community Team
  • Process Accounting-related Help Desk tickets within the Tribe Home Community Platform, providing timely and comprehensive responses
  • Manage the Transit Pass Program, including locating missing information/documents and monitoring the inbox

Accounts Receivable and Financial Administration

  • Perform AR duties, including processing payment requests
  • Compile and distribute financial statements, adding bank reconciliations and invoice copies
  • Process returned mail by contacting owners via phone/email to obtain current mailing addresses

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate record-keeping by saving documents into system repositories
  • Collaborate on ad hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Asana Task Management, Zoho CRM, and Yardi Accounting software (or similar platforms)
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or accounts receivable roles
  • Familiarity with property management or community association software
  • Background in financial administration or bookkeeping
