Position Overview:
athGADLANG is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and drive financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling and reporting, with the ability to provide valuable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure optimal financial performance
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial modeling and reporting
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
