athGADLANG is looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager for a reputable client.

Position Overview:

The Compliance and Risk Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing governance frameworks, enterprise risk management strategies, and overseeing insurance management across the organization. This role ensures that Tamasuk and its assets comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the organization. The Compliance and Risk Manager will play a critical role safeguarding the company’s interests and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive governance frameworks, including policies and procedures, for Tamasuk and its assets.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, ensuring that all activities align with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular review to evaluate compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement an enterprise risk management (ERM) framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across the organization.
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Oversee the organization’s insurance portfolio, ensuring that all assets and operations are adequately insured.
  • Collaborate with insurance brokers and providers to secure appropriate coverage at competitive rates.
  • Provide regular reports on insurance coverage, claims status, and any potential gaps in coverage to senior management.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CRMP, CCEP) is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or governance roles, with a proven track record of leading initiatives and implementing policies independently without constant direction.
  • Preferred candidate would have experience in the infrastructure, PPP or asset management industry, with experience in managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management principles, and insurance management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures in a complex organizational environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using risk management and compliance tools and software.
