We are looking for an eCommerce Specialist who is a professional on business online sales operations and strategies. They are involved in the execution and analysis of online marketing initiatives, product listing optimization, website management, and customer relationship management.
The potential candidate must be able to fulfil tasks related to developing and enhancing the online shopping experience for customers, driving traffic and increasing sales. They should be able to develop and implement effective strategies tailored to boost online & direct sales via various online channels such as Website, Amazon, Instagram, TikTok etc. Furthermore, they should be able to monitor and analyze online channels’ performance and customer data to help leadership make informed and timely decisions as well as create and optimize product lists for accuracy and consistency.
Expectations:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and creating compelling campaigns
- Monitor and analyze website performance and customer data using tools such as Google analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Register, create and manage Amazon portal for Clothing products
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns with marketing team to drive targeted website traffic and increase conversions.
- Manage and update with the help of marketing team website content, design, and features, collaborating with the design and development teams to ensure seamless user experience.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and trends to identify opportunities and help management make informed decisions.
- Analyze customer feedback and conduct user testing to identify areas of improvement in website usability, customer journey, and overall user experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, and recommend innovative strategies and tools to enhance business performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field
- Proven work experience in eCommerce or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success in driving online sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and other eCommerce tools to analyze data and inform decision making
- Strong understanding of Web design, website architecture, and SEP principles to optimize website performance and visibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
