Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to manage client accounts, ensure smooth coordination of their requirements, handle accounting data entry, and oversee PRO (Public Relations Officer) activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a client-facing personality, and the ability to deliver excellent administrative support while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their daily requirements and resolving queries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive support.
- Ensure timely updates and reporting to clients regarding their accounts and requests.
- Accounting and Tax:
- Handle accounting data entry, including transactions, reconciliations, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for clients.
- Assist in preparing invoices and ensuring timely follow-ups on payments.
- Ensuring timely VAT filings.
- PRO Activities:
- Manage and process client-related government documentation, including visas, work permits, and trade license renewals.
- Liaise with government departments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all client-related paperwork.
- Ensuring timely invoicing to clients and receiving payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Effective communication skills and a strong, client-facing personality.
- Corporate Tax knowledge is preferred.
