- HR Analytics: Utilize Zoho People to streamline HR processes, track employee metrics, and generate data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

- Compliance and Best Practices: Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience and senior leadership role within a multinational organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho People and other HRIS platforms, with a strong understanding of HR analytics.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
