  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Talent Management: Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, from recruitment to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
  • Employee Development: Design and execute robust training and development programs that empower employees to grow their skills and advance their careers.
  • Performance Management: Establish a performance management system that encourages continuous feedback, recognizes achievements, and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.
  • HR Analytics: Utilize Zoho People to streamline HR processes, track employee metrics, and generate data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Culture Building: Cultivate a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience and senior leadership role within a multinational organization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho People and other HRIS platforms, with a strong understanding of HR analytics.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
