athGADLANG is seeking a qualified Facility Management Supervisor – Soft Services with an engineering background. This role involves overseeing and managing soft services operations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management. The supervisor will liaise with service providers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The candidate must have a strong engineering background, excellent management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields is required, along with relevant experience in facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee building projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for projects and hard services.
- Supervise and coordinate all hard services, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure all hard service providers meet the agreed standards and service levels.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all technical systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for hard services.
- Monitor and manage budgets for hard services and projects.
- Handle technical complaints and requests promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hard services and projects.
- Prepare regular reports on hard service activities and project progress.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and report generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management , Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing hard services and projects in a large facility.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in report generation.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a facilities management environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
