Job Description:
The Senior Manager will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and delivering successful projects in various industries.
The candidate must be a fully qualified CA or CPA with at least 10 years of management consultancy experience, only from Big 4.
Manage and mentor a team of consultants in providing exceptional service to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor to their business.
Identify business needs and provide strategic solutions to clients.
Develop project plans and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Analyze data and present insights to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with other teams and departments within the firm to drive business growth.
Participate in business development activities, such as prospecting, proposal writing and presentations.
Continuously improve the firm’s consulting methodologies and processes.
