AG Resources is looking Customer Service Representatives for our Reputable Client based in Dubai.
Duration: One Year contract (Extendable)
Customer service representative duties:
Generate sales leads.
To dial a specified list of leads and provide feedback every day.
To connect with the Procurement Manager/ CEO/ COO or decision Makers of the new business leads shared.
To develop leads data and develop market links and connection by relationship building.
Able to engage & coordinate with B2B customers (Existing/new).
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Advice on company information.
Handle product recalls
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Sell products and services.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Close out or open call records
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Customer service representative requirements:
Proven customer support experience with excellent command over English Language.
1 – 2 years of experience in Customer Service Representative
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Equivalent from HEC Recognized University.
Track record of achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
