Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 6.30pm Saturday: 9.30am to 3.30pm -
How up-to-date are the advertised open positions?
All active positions are up-to-date. The position is removed after it is closed. -
How long should I wait before following up?
If you do not get a response right away, wait till the interviewer’s deadline has passed. If you still do not hear anything, send a brief follow up note and remind the interviewer that how you fit the position well and your interest in the role. You should follow-up 2 more times with an interval of 7-10 days each. If you still do not get a response, it is most likely because you do not fit the role and you should apply for more opportunities in the portal. -
What happens to my application after you receive it?
Upon receipt of your application, it is checked carefully by the Talent Acquisition Lead and the respective Managers of the open position. If your skills match the appropriate requirements profile, you shall be invited for a first personal interview or a first phone interview. Depending on the type of position within the company, there will usually be a follow-up interview. We do, of course, treat your application in strict confidence. -
In which format and file size can I upload documents?
Document is preferable in pdf format, but you can also upload a word document. -
I don’t have the required experience. Should I apply for the job?
If you think you can pull off the job requirements well, you should definitely apply to the job. If you do not have the required number of years of experience or you miss out on any hard skill, it does not rule you out as an applicant. If you’re the best candidate, years of experience won’t matter in the end. -
