Job Responsibilities:
- Periodic closing of account books and ensure finalizing the audits (statutory, internal, group)
- Periodic financial management reports.
- Periodic financial management reports to Shareholders’, TAQA on HFM, ENGIE on SMART & MTools.
- Managing payables and ensure timely payments to all stakeholders’
- Monthly VAT returns.
- Reporting on covenants compliance to lenders for syndicated loan of 1,350M USD
- Reporting cash flow forecast for placement of short term investments 30 to 90 days.
- Focal to finalize the entire budget process and business plan.
- Assisting CFO to continuously reviewing and improving the internal control and accounting systems.
- Ensuring the compliance of various contractual arrangements especially clauses effecting finance and accounting i.e. Facility, Plant,O&M agreements etc.
- Managing the team of three.
