Cabin crew responsibilities centre around ensuring customers are safe, comfortable and well-catered for during their flights. They’re often a customer’s first port of call if they have a complaint or need help and can drastically change their experience when travelling. They’re a vital part of any airline company.
Cabin crew roles and responsibilities include:
Attending pre and post-flight meetings and conducting incident or injury reports when necessary
Following all on-board health and safety protocols to ensure a safe passage for all customers
Greeting customers as they step onto the plane and directing them to their seats
Checking passports, tickets and other forms of documentation when necessary
Carrying out safety demonstrations before departure.
