Provide general support to other Administrators (Data, Document Control & Events)

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Assist in creating presentations and copywriting
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Coordinate office procedures
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Provide polite and professional communication to internal customers
  • Conduct data entry and some data analysis
  • Knowledge and experience of process improvement, process flow, work flows, job aids.
  • Strong Excel and Power-point skills
  • Possessing creative writing skills
  • Being organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Being flexible and able to adapt to changes in the workplace
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethics
  • Previous Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant experience is a must.

Fluency is English Language is a must.
