aG Resource is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist (Arabic & English Speakers) for our Reputable Client.
***Open to Arabic and Eastern European nationalities only.
***Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls and transferring the lines to their respective destinations.
In charge of incoming/outgoing faxes and distributing the same
Receiving and sending emails by courier
Purchasing of office supplies and materials
Arranging lunches for special meetings
Managing different services for the office janitorial, bank, cafeteria
Organizing and supporting all services and activities/activities/stationery: storing, distributing, and ordering monthly requirements/ Bill Payment
Booking hotel & airline ticket
At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint)
