athGADLANG is seeking a qualified Facility Management Supervisor – Hard Services with an engineering background. This role involves managing and overseeing building projects, coordinating hard services (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems), and ensuring compliance with service standards. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, developing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, handling technical issues, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with proven experience in hard services management, strong project management skills, and proficiency in Excel. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee building projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for projects and hard services.
- Supervise and coordinate all hard services, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure all hard service providers meet the agreed standards and service levels.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all technical systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for hard services.
- Monitor and manage budgets for hard services and projects.
- Handle technical complaints and requests promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hard services and projects.
- Prepare regular reports on hard service activities and project progress.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and report generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management , Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing hard services and projects in a large facility.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in report generation.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a facilities management environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
