Experience & Qualification:
Financial Due Diligence experience (minimum of 5 years and current role)
Understanding of ERP (SAP Finance)
CFA / CA Qualification
Job Description:
Conduct pre-investment reviews of potential target companies.
Analyze historical accounting and management reports, financial forecasts, business plans, financial statements, annual reports, and other relevant information.
Interpret and consolidate analyzed information into clear, actionable insights.
Work closely with the management of the target company to prepare documents and participate in discussions about their financials.
Present findings from the pre-investment review to clients and provide strategic recommendations.
Play a key role in shaping the financial strategies of the company and making a real impact on the success.
