aG Resources is looking for a Fixed Asset Manager from the Real Estate and Construction Industry for our reputable client.

Contract: 6 Months Extendable

***We are looking for candidates with Transferable Iqama and are immediate joiners who are available in UAE, KSA & PAK.

Job Objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Fixed Assets to champion the standardization and automation of fixed asset management across all projects. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring stakeholders, implementing best practices, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of asset data.


  • Support in the development of the accounting strategy to achieve QIC’s strategic objectives.
  • Participate in the development and enforcement of the implementation of accounting policies, processes, procedures, and controls.
  • Assist in the development of the accounting budget in alignment with the organization’s budgetary requirements to allow the effective delivery of desired objectives.
  • Implement and improve general maintenance of accounting systems and oversee processing and tracking of payment requests on project orders.
  • Handle data loads for coding, entry, and billing on profit centers, cost centers, and WBS elements and ensure the integrity and uniformity of data between systems.
  • Support the development departments in accounting for construction/project costs, including performing variance analyses, and reporting on the operational and financial status of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relations across the business units to implement and standardize processes and communicate effectively with process owners to facilitate the completion and tracking of initiatives.
  • Review entries and reconciliations made by the project accountants to ensure that they are booked to the right CAPEX/OPEX account.
  • Ensure the complete integration between the ERP and the PMIS systems.
  • Review and edit policies and procedures at the direction of the top management.
  • Manage the achievement of the team’s objectives through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance, and developing the team to maximize performance.
  • Provide overall direction and guidance to mentor, coach, motivate, and challenge teams providing opportunities for growth and development within the team.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA/ACCA Qualified is preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with 2-3 years focused on fixed asset management.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing standardized accounting procedures and controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in fixed asset data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in relevant accounting software and project management systems.
