athGADLANG is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager Organizational Performance for an esteemed client. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. As the Manager, Organizational Performance, you will work closely with senior leadership to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess organizational performance, and lead projects aimed at improving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the business in developing metrics as per BSC Framework.
- Examining and monitoring KPIs to see if they are performing as expected.
- Understanding why KPIs are not performing as they should.
- Facilitate root cause analysis with functions.
- Ensure effectiveness of Internal Business Processes is measured as part of BSC score card per function.
- Implement the Change Management Framework to enable successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Execution and implementing strategic plans that align with long-term goals
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure that initiatives are executed seamlessly
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Balance Scorecard Practitioner
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Balance Score Card reporting
- Root Cause Analysis Tools usage
- Expertise in usage of Analytical Tools Well versed with MS Power point and Excel.
- Experience in Real-estate is preferable
