Conceptualise and prepare insightful MIS information packs for the Board of Directors,
investors, and other stakeholders.
Lead the development of dashboards and KPIs for monitoring business health and
operational efficiency at branch, entity, and Group level.
Identify and evaluate the key challenges and gaps in business performance and evolving
business needs, to deliver analysis that provides a foundation for management
understanding and action.
Provide decision support as required including meaningful, value-added profitability
analysis for new product lines, promotional campaigns, restructuring initiatives etc., to
guide the management in developing business and pricing strategies.
Add value through professional, independent and objective financial analysis and advice enabling informed strategic decisions and choices.
Lead, manage and develop a team of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Business
Development) for financial reporting and decision support.
Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline FP&A
activities including automating and streamlining manually routine reports.
Collaborate with IT and various stakeholders in data warehousing initiatives, data
integrity including optimising extraction of relevant data from the database using data
extraction tools.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reporting in addition to working closely with
regulatory accounting team to ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate policies.
Any additional tasks as required by the immediate line of authority.

F. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
G. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in MIS aspects.

I. SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Business Communication English (Oral & Written), Arabic would be an added advantage
Computer Proficiency: Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel and Power point.
Sound knowledge in data analytics software preferably Power BI with ability to develop
