athGADLANG is seeking talented bilingual professional from Egypt, Saudi, and Jordan to join us as General Accountants for our reputable client.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Bilingual General Accountant to manage and oversee our financial transactions and processes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the real estate sector and will be proficient in both English and Arabic. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Monitor and report on variances between actual and budgeted expenditures.
  • Handle payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
  • Stay updated with current accounting standards and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • Knowledge of local financial regulations and standards is a plus.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
