aG Resources is looking to connect with a Talent Acquisition Specialist with the Big 4 Exp/ Consulting Exp.

Location: Karachi

Job responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Determine selection criteria with the ability of need analysis for the particular job description.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Extensive knowledge off technical and financial interviews for the initial rounds.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives with the domain of recruitment
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Requirements and skills
Proven 4+ years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with the consulting or financial industry background.
Extensive knowledge of the MENA Region with respect to their visa and immigrations.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (eg. Linkedin , Zoho etc )
Hands on experience with recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and maintenance of database with respect to GCC Market.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Multiple stakeholder management is a plus.
BSc/Masters in Human Resources Management or relevant field with the relevant Human Resource Certification.
