athGADLANG is seeking an Assistant Manager – Risk Advisory to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand policy development and regulatory compliance across various industries. You will lead client engagements to design, develop, and implement effective policies and procedures tailored to their specific needs, enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and regulatory requirements. Develop customized policies and procedures that align with their strategic goals and industry standards.

Policy Development:

  • Lead the development, review, and revision of comprehensive policies and procedures. Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Needs Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client operations, identifying gaps in current policies and procedures. Provide actionable recommendations for improvement and compliance enhancement.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with client expectations. Develop project plans, timelines, and progress reports.

Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in policy development and compliance. Advise clients on emerging risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are thoroughly reviewed, tested, and validated for effectiveness and compliance. Conduct audits and assessments to monitor implementation and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • CA, ACCA or Finalist, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) are highly desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in policy development, compliance consulting, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing complex consulting projects across various industries.

Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in policy development and compliance.
