aG Resources is looking to connect with a Business Development Executive (Immigration Services)
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
Find & qualify leads: Identify potential clients seeking immigration help.
Be the immigration expert: Advise clients on visa options and application processes.
Build client relationships: Earn trust and understand client immigration goals.
Close deals & hit targets: Craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales goals.
Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on immigration trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate internally: Work with immigration specialists to ensure client success.
Track & report: Monitor performance metrics and propose improvement strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or a similar sales role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals.
Strong understanding of immigration processes and various visa programs is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
