aG Resources is looking to connect with a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in extracting valuable insights from our data to drive better decision-making across the organisation.
Location: Lahore/ Karachi
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable data analysis projects
Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, etc.) to ensure accuracy and usability
Perform statistical analysis and modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data
Develop clear and compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Create reports and presentations to present data findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date on data analysis trends and best practices, continuously seeking new ways to improve data-driven decision making
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
1+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
