Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Auditor to join our team. As an IT Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits of IT systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and performing audits of IT infrastructure, applications, databases, networks, and systems to evaluate efficiency, security, and internal controls.
• Identifying IT risks, gaps, and areas of non-compliance; providing recommendations for remediation.
• Developing audit plans and programs; determining scope, budget, methodology, sampling techniques, and timeline.
• Developing policies and procedures for the IT department.
• Testing IT systems and controls to ascertain effectiveness and adequacy.
• Preparing reports detailing audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Maintaining knowledge of laws, regulations, and IT auditing standards such as COBIT and ISO.
• Liaising with external auditors, regulators, and other assurance providers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of IT audit experience, with financial auditing experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity Management and Planning is required.
• Certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CPA, or CIA preferred, knowledge of Cyber Security Penetration Testing would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, sampling, and CAATs.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, applications, networks, and controls.
• Understanding of IT frameworks like COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and SOX.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
