Job Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generalist specialist to join our growing team. As a Lead Generalist, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to generate new business opportunities for the company. You will play a key role in the BD process by working closely with the BD team to close deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through a variety of channels, including online research, social media, and networking events
Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
Nurture relationships with prospects by providing them with valuable information and resources
Collaborate with BD and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a lead generation role
Proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding BD quotas
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
