Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services and increase brand awareness. They will oversee all aspects of the marketing process, from market research and competitive analysis to campaign development and execution. The Marketing Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the company’s business goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials
- Manage the marketing budget
- Track and analyze marketing results
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and media
- Represent the marketing department to other departments within the company
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Manage content and updates for external and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines and participate in events
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field from HEC Recognized University
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing management
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Experience with developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Experience with managing budgets and tracking results
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
