We are seeking a highly skilled and creative PowerPoint Expert to join our dynamic Proposals team. As a PowerPoint Expert, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex information into visually appealing and compelling presentations. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of PowerPoint, along with proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDraw, MS Office, and other relevant tools. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager Proposals to enhance the quality and impact of our client proposals and presentations.

Previous working experience in a Management Consultancy organization is highly desirable. Familiarity with the dynamics of accounting, tax, assurance, and financial consultancy is preferred.


  • Develop visually engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations for client proposals, business pitches, and internal communications.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform technical and complex information into clear and concise visual representations.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Utilize Photoshop and CorelDraw to create custom graphics, charts, and diagrams that enhance the visual appeal of presentations.
  • Ensure that all visual elements align with the company’s branding guidelines.
  • Design and maintain PowerPoint templates that can be used consistently across the organization.
  • Offer support and guidance to colleagues in creating impactful presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.

Software Proficiency:

Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, and stay updated on the latest features and capabilities.
Possess a working knowledge of graphic design software, including Photoshop and CorelDraw.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PowerPoint Expert or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful presentations and graphic design projects.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDraw, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
