aG Resources is looking for an SME HR Techno-Functional Support Specialist/ Expert for our reputable client.

Location: Lahore

Contract: 3 Months

Job Objective:

Oracle Fusion Cloud functional Support role will be responsible for providing production support for modules of Oracle ERP not limited (HCM) Human Capital Management. There are OIC-based integrations with other source systems, and supporting these is in the scope of the role. Lead daily end-of-day and Month/quarter/year-end monitoring and closure processes that this role will support to ensure business operations continue smoothly. This role will involve working with Oracle support to raise and resolve product issues. This role will take the handover of new product features post-live and support business adoption and operations, raising end users’ capabilities and ensuring maturity growth across HR modules and the highest system penetration rate across the organization.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/ HCM as a functional implementation Expert is a must-have for his/ her success with the 90-day engagement roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience with product configurations, troubleshooting and resolving issues with ERP biz processes, access, and security, system integrations, reporting, data uploads, end-of-day processes, month/quarter close, etc.
  • Experience with File-based data integrations (FBDI) and Business process management (BPM) is needed.
  • Experience with Reporting and analytics capabilities, building and troubleshooting OTBI, and scheduled processes. Generating insightful reports on the data and system accuracy and ensuring corrective actions immediately.
  • Experience working with end users, and power users of Oracle ERP understanding their pain points, resolve issues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment with a continuous improvement mindset is a must-have.
  • Experience working with Oracle support to raise and troubleshoot SRs, research knowledge base, communities, etc. to resolve product issues.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow writing user stories, setup documents, test scenarios, and cutover plans is a plus.
  • This role will be based at Vision Bank HQ. Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Will be reporting to the office 5 days a week, 9 hours a day with 1 hour lunch break. The accommodation will be provided to the ideal candidate and it will be a 4-minute walking distance from the office location during the 3 months agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform service-specific analysis and troubleshooting of issues raised by a business in production
  • Monitor ITSM production support queues and resolve issues within agreed SLAs. Work with internal staff to resolve issues and raise the level of awareness and needed knowledge.
  • Coach, train, and ensure HR capabilities are improved and measured based on an agreed set of KPIs. with periodic assessment and testing on the HCM utilization.
  • Execute plans and HR Plans and support business Oracle ERP processes like Daily EOD, month/quarter close, bulk data uploads using FBDI, payroll processes, etc.
  • Manage all Oracle support Service Requests (SRs), simulate and document system issues, identify solutions, test, and resolve in production following the organization’s IT change management processes
  • Write/update user stories, configuration documents, user manuals, cutover plans to implement change and resolve issues in Oracle ERP
  • Write OTBI reports and analytics, SQL queries to extract and analyze data, and generate reports for Auditors, business, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assess maturity and propose development and optimization plan and execute 100 days HR plan as phase 1 over Q4, 2023.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Expected 5+ years of Specific Oracle fusion HCM experience with successful cycles of implementations and optimization.
  • Experience in implementing Functional changes of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP/ HCM.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer science, Engineering, or equivalent degree
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and outcome orientated
  • Coaching, Negotiation, and excellent social and interpersonal skills
