aG Resources is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accountant (Tagalog Speaker) to join our reputable client in Real Estate. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. You will also work closely with other members of the finance team to provide financial analysis and support to management.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
Prepare and file tax returns.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial reporting standards.
Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and tax laws.
Qualifications:
ACCA Qualified with Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of experience as an Accountant.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
