aG Resources is looking for a Financial Risk Auditor from the Banking Sector for our reputable client.

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Contract: 6 Months Extendable

***We are looking for candidates with Transferrable Iqama and are immediate joiners.

Job Objective:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Risk Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in financial risk auditing, particularly within the banking sector. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks within banking operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute significantly to the risk management framework and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Independent Risk Assessment:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of various banking functions, including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and compliance.

Data Analysis and Modeling:

  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques and financial models to quantify and evaluate potential financial risks.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing audit findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with other risk management professionals, business units, and senior management to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations and internal risk management policies.

Staying Informed:

  • Maintain updated knowledge of the evolving regulatory landscape and emerging risk trends in the financial sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance. CA/ACCA qualified will be preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial risk management, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS) and relevant banking regulations.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software and data analysis tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
